
Lately I have been doing the majority of my posts on nutrition. This is fine as I have a special certification and a Bachelor's Degree in nutrition, but this is a blog out fitness! Recently I collaborated with a friend and Registered Dietitian of mine Devin. She wanted me to write a piece about the importance of exercise and I was more than happy to oblige. It reminded me that while I can give tons of great advice on diet and exercise I don't talk about WHY as much. There are so many amazing reasons to exercise from improving physical and mental health to looking good nekked. Rather than retype what I sent to Devin I am going to post the link below. This serves twofold. She is an amazing, hard working, and intelligent individual who is very passionate about what she does. She takes the time to study and give solid facts. Not only does she post more than I do (I really need to work on that), but she is hilarious. I invite all of you to poke through her blog and eat up all the knowledge!
